Press Release
ProjExec Named Best TOTAL Lotus Software Solution
WOBURN, Mass., Dec. 19, 2008 – Trilog Group, Inc. today
announced that it has been awarded the IBM Lotus Award for Best TOTAL Lotus
Software Solution as part of the 15th annual IBM Lotus Awards. The company
received the prestigious award for its ProjExec® 4.0
collaborative project management solution built to run on and integrate with all
of IBM Lotus collaborative technologies.
The IBM Lotus Awards recognize exceptional IBM PartnerWorld members that
specialize in Lotus software solutions and have excelled at providing quality
products, innovative solutions and superior services to customers. For the 2009
Lotus Awards, hundreds of applications were received from more than 30 countries
around the world. The Best TOTAL Lotus Software Solution award recognizes
the solution that most effectively leverages multiple platforms and offerings
from the IBM Lotus portfolio in a single robust integrated collaborative
solution.
The 2009 Lotus Award winning ProjExec 4.0 brings enterprise-project
management functionality to IBM Lotus Quickr, in addition to leveraging other
parts of the IBM Lotus portfolio. An affordable alternative to Microsoft
Project Server and SharePoint, the solution supports full two-way
synchronization with Microsoft Project that lets project teams collaborate
instantly on imported project plans without requiring every team member to have
additional costly project management software. ProjExec leverages Lotus
Quickr Connectors with MS Office and IBM Lotus Notes to create an intuitive user
experience that encourages project participation, content sharing and project
collaboration. As the best TOTAL solution, ProjExec running with Quickr
also includes seamless integration with IBM Lotus Sametime and IBM Lotus
Connections that enables project teams to collaborate and work faster while
executing projects from a single Quickr place.
“We are once again honored to be recognized by IBM Lotus for our innovative
use of Lotus products in an integrated solution that allows project teams to
improve efficiencies and better execute projects," said Alex Homsi, President
and CEO, Trilog Group. "ProjExec 4.0 is our most recent solution that
demonstrates the company’s commitment to building unparalleled collaborative
solutions that respond to the needs of our customers.”
